Workout Plan for Summer(;♥
Hey, its Beckie!! and this is my new workout plan for the summer of 2012(;

1~ Prepare yourself! Get bottled waters(remember to recycle!) fruit, veggies, all of your fav. healthy foods. For me i love pine nuts, which are full of fiber and healthy fats and nutrients(; try new things at local farmers markets or health food stores. Also, no soda. Of any kind! Even diet coke is bad cuz' its filled with sodium(salt). I have limited soda or drinks like that to only one a week(; So stock up on healthy foods and drinks!

2~Now to get to the workout part. I love yoga! Its a great thing to do in the winter. It really stretches out your body, builds mucle, and gets u toned! Some poses are harder than others but it really improves your balance, and makes you feel refreshed. Every morning I do these 6 poses------->http://www.fitsugar.com/Tone-Your-Thighs-Yoga-1556175
I cant discribe these poses so hope the link helps(;

3~Okay, next just hittin' the gym with friends, just dance game, or even skipping a step on the stairs can all give u just little things that help(; Everyday just even stretching or putting ur feet under the couch and doing 45 crunches helps! Little things every day! Then start to create ur own little things, for example: Today I stretch out my legs my holding a pose for 15 sec. Then tomarrow I will hold the pose for 30sec.
Another thing is maybe I will power walk for 30min, then tomarrow I will for 1 hour(; Little things everyday!

Hope this helps, pm me if u have any ?(; @beccaanne1

Friendship Braidd♥

Friendship Braidd♥
hahahahaha heyy its meee agian and i just tested this one with my sister today(; its kinda confusing to explain but i will attach a link to help at the bottem(;
~First start with a regular side ponytail braid in ur hair and tie with an elastic, if u have no clue how to braid then click this link~~~>http://theautry.org/ortega/images/three_string_braid.jpg
~Then let ur friend or u braid her hair although the oppisite way of her braid, so maybe her side ponytail braid can go to the left while ur braid is to the right. When ur done tie her hair with an elastic.
~The next is kinda hard so maybe if u or ur friend have a mom or older sister that can help it would be a trillion times easier. Okay so u have to braid 6 pieces of hair and its wayyyy to hard for me to explain so click this link ~~~~~~~>http://etherwork.net/ejmtph/recipes/photopages/braiding.html ok yeah i kno its for a churro or somthin but the top portion is all you need you or a older mom or sister need to see to braid ur hair together.

~ Okay so if u read the link it tells u how to braid 6 pieces. If u have a mirror that woud help so u can see the back. So carefully have a older sister or mom untie one girls elastic and ask ur friend or u tol hold the braid. Repeat on the other persons or ur hair. Thencarefull have ur mom or older sister hold the 6 strands between her fingers. Click link to show u how to braid the 6 pieces.
~Finally when the braid is connected together with both ur friends and ur hair tie with a strong elastic. Hairsparay an bobby pin if needed. I love taking pictures so grab ur phone and snap a few pics. In the picture above they added flowers. Ribbons and bows r cute too. Well after an extremly long tip, i hope u enjoy!! Picking out your new puppyy!

One year ago - 100 views
Picking out your new puppyy!
HEYYYYY! its becca(; and i found a puppy pic and rlly wanted to make a set abouut this. First of all im using my point of view of how i would like a puppy. I suppose it depends.

~Personality: i would love a clam and quiet puppy. If your not home often enough to give it as much attention as it wants then i would get a calmer, perhaps poddy trained one. But if ur almost always at home and you have a ton of spare time, get a more loud active one so it will be more fun to handle and play with(;

~Appearence: I would love to get the tiny 'purse fittin' dogs that Paris Hilton has, but almost anyone who has them say they r extremely yappy. They are kinda wild to. If your looking for a clamer tiny breed i would suggest Cavalier King Charles Spaniel(; they r such beautiful dogs and are pretty tiny and easy to take care of. If your looking for bigger but calmer dogs i would suggest a Saluki, for more info click the link below(; http://www.petyourdog.com/dog_breeds/saluki/ okay for more active type breeds for tiny of course i would suggest chiwawas(; they can be very noisy from what i have heard but they are soooooooo cute and adoreable(; for a larger more active type breed i would suggest Great Danes(; yes they are extremly hugee!!!! and they drool alot but they are soo fun and loveable.

Well i would also like to take time to mention all the rescue dogs and puppies waiting to find a home. If u are going to adopt anytime soon pleae think about maybe volunteering or adopting a rescue dog, those commericals always make me cry and i hope u have the same love i do for animals. Enjoy Beckie♥
